Waka Navi α, a consultation service for young people and their guardians (Tokyo)

We accept consultations for young people over the age of 18 and their families who have vague worries such as human relationships, work, and vague anxiety. Please feel free to contact us about anything.

We will strictly protect the confidentiality of your consultation.
Consultation is free. However, call charges, etc., associated with the use of the service will be borne by the consulter.

Email consultation

Membership registration is required for email consultation only. After registration, you can log in with your own password and consult from the dedicated form.
We accept inquiries 24 hours a day.
Consultation is free. However, communication charges, etc. associated with use will be borne by the consultant.
We usually reply within 3 to 7 days, but it may take around 10 days to reply depending on the content of your inquiry and the congestion situation.
The information you provide will not be used for purposes other than consultation.
"Wakanavi α" will send an answer by email, so please add the domain "wakanavi-tokyo.net" to your receiving permission before using.

LINE consultation

LINE consultation requires friend registration. Youth general consultation of Tokyo official "consultation hot LINE @ Tokyo" is the entrance of Waka Navi α.
If you live outside of Tokyo, please contact the consultation desk of your prefecture or municipality.
If consultation is not possible, such as when it is crowded or outside reception hours, we will guide you through an automatic response.

Interview consultation

In the course of telephone consultations and e-mail consultations, we will guide you to face-to-face consultations based on requests from you or your family or at the discretion of the counselor.
We will ask you about your situation in detail, organize your issues, and help you find a support organization that suits you.
Consultations are by appointment only (closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays).
When making a reservation, we will confirm your real name, age, address (up to municipality), and phone number.
The counseling office is located in Shinjuku. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
If necessary, we can introduce you to a support organization that suits you, and it is also possible for a counselor from "Waka Navi α" to accompany you to the support organization.
Consultation is free. Travel expenses, etc. associated with the visit will be borne by the consultant.
