“Kota Yell” solves internet and smartphone problems

Updated: June 10, 2021

``Kota Yell'' is a site where you can find out what to do when you have trouble with the internet or smartphone (``I'm being charged money that I don't remember,'' ``I've been asked to meet,'' ``I've sent an image,'' etc.) This is a consultation service run by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for people who are currently studying, working, or living in Tokyo and are having trouble with this.

We accept consultations via telephone, email and LINE.
Phone calls are accepted Monday through Saturday from 3pm to 9pm. Note: Emails are accepted 24 hours a day, excluding public holidays.
LINE is open Monday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (reception until 8:30 p.m.) Note: Excluding public holidays
