"Kota Yell" is a service that provides support for Internet and smartphone troubles ("I am being billed for money I don't remember", "I was asked to meet you", "I sent a picture", etc.) and "What should I do... This is a consultation desk operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for those who are studying, working, or living in Tokyo who are in trouble.
We accept consultations by phone, email, and LINE.
Phone: Monday to Saturday 3:00pm to 9:00pm Note: Emails are accepted 24 hours a day, except holidays.
LINE Monday through Saturday 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm (reception until 8:30 pm) Note: Excluding holidays
