Application form for use of the Inagi City Board of Education's sponsorship name (revised on November 1, 2024)

Inagi City Board of Education Public Business Management and Use of Name Rules

On November 1, 2024, the "Inagi City Board of Education Rules for the Use of Name in Sponsorship of Projects" were revised and renamed "Inagi City Board of Education Rules for the Operation and Use of Name in Public Projects."
As a result, the formats of various application forms etc. have changed, so please check them.
In addition, the Inagi City Board of Education may use the name under an appropriate name other than "sponsorship" (such as "cooperation" or "sponsorship")
When deciding on approval for the use of the name of sponsor, etc., we reorganized the wording to ensure that the conditions regarding the organizer and content of the project were in line with the current situation.

Application for use of the name of sponsor, etc.

Projects for which the Inagi City Board of Education may approve the use of its name as sponsor are projects sponsored by a third party that the Inagi City Board of Education supports by approving the use of its name and which it agrees with the purpose of, without the Inagi City Board of Education bearing any part of the expenses or supplies required for the operation of the project, and in which city employees do not participate in the planning or operation of the project.

Event organizer

Only organisations that meet any of the following requirements are eligible to apply:
(1) Government agencies and equivalent organizations (2) Public interest corporations and equivalent organizations (excluding religious corporations, religious organizations, political parties, and political organizations).
(3) Educational organizations, community organizations, cultural organizations, welfare organizations, and other similar organizations. (4) Media organizations, academic research institutions, and other similar organizations. (5) Companies and organizations that have signed agreements with Inagi City or the Inagi City Board of Education. (6) Organizations that do not fall under any of the above requirements but meet all of the following requirements.
1. The existence and location of the organizer must be clear.
2. The organization has established rules, articles of incorporation, association rules, etc., and has an established organization and structure that expresses the organization's will.
3. The applicant has a solid track record of activities and is recognized as having sufficient will and ability to carry out the business.

Business objectives and content

The Superintendent of Education recognizes that the purpose and content of the project are in line with the policies of the Inagi City Board of Education and will contribute to the promotion of those policies and to the improvement of education, academics, culture, sports, etc. for citizens.

Nature of business

(1) It is recognized that it is of public benefit.
(2) It does not violate laws, regulations or public order and morals, and is not likely to result in social criticism.
(3) The permits and licenses necessary for the implementation of the project have been obtained or are expected to be obtained at the time of application.
(4) It is not primarily intended for profit or commercial promotion.
(5) There will be no religious missionary, indoctrination, or publicity activities, nor will there be any activities that deny the significance of religion or encourage non-religion, or that undermine the religious neutrality of the Inagi City Board of Education.
(6) The event will not be held to support or oppose a particular political party or in any other manner that would undermine the political neutrality of the Inagi City Board of Education.
(7) The business activities must be open to the general public.
(8) If there is a possibility that the implementation of the project will involve noise, congestion, etc., adequate measures must be taken to address these issues.
(9) Not to make donations or conduct signature campaigns on behalf of an organization or other related organisation.
(10) Not to solicit participation in organizations, etc. or businesses, etc. conducted by organizations, etc.

Other conditions

(1) Adequate measures must be taken to ensure public health and prevent disasters at the venue.
(2) If the organization has received approval in the past to use the name of the Inagi City Board of Education for sponsorship, etc., it has fulfilled the obligation to submit a performance report and has not had the approval to use the name revoked.

About application

When applying, please submit the attached documents listed on the "Application for Approval to Use Name of Sponsor, etc." to the Inagi City Board of Education, General Affairs Division, Education General Affairs Section. (It will take about one month for approval, so please be careful about the timing of your application.)
After the project is completed, please submit the "Report on Project Results Using Nominal Sponsorship, etc." along with the supporting documents to the General Affairs Section, Education General Affairs Division, Inagi City Board of Education.

Conditions of approval

(1) If there are any changes to the plans, etc., they must be promptly notified and approved.
(2) When producing flyers, posters, etc., they must be submitted to the General Affairs Division of the Education Department in advance before being posted or distributed.
(3) When distributing flyers to elementary and junior high schools: 1. Flyers must be sorted by grade and class, and a distribution request letter must be attached to the school.
2. Delivery to each school will be handled by the organizing organization.
(4) If a violation of the Inagi City Board of Education's rules regarding the operation and use of names of public undertakings is found, the Board of Education will immediately revoke its approval of sponsorship and will not approve it in the future.
(5) After the project is completed, submit a report on the results of the project as soon as possible. Whenever possible, attach photos of the project.
