Inagi City Board of Education Child/Student Commendation

　We commend individuals or groups recognized by the Board of Education as corresponding to any of the following.
(1) A person who has saved a life or acted in a similar manner (2) A person who has acted to raise the honor of children and students of Inagi City Schools and to serve as a model for others (3) In academic, cultural and sports activities (4) In addition to those listed in the preceding items, those recognized by the Committee as being particularly appropriate to be commended.

Children and students who have made achievements should be recommended to each elementary and junior high school.
Municipal elementary/junior high schools where children/students are enrolled make recommendations to the Board of Education.

Deadline for submission to school: December 1, 2020 (Friday)

Note 1: If grades, etc. are to be determined after the submission deadline, please write "Scheduled to participate in ○○ tournament" etc. to the best of your knowledge at the time of submission and submit.
Note 2: If the competition or contest itself will be held after the submission deadline, and you are not aware of it at the time of the submission deadline, please submit the information as soon as possible.
・If the submission is after March 2020, due to scheduling reasons, you will not be able to attend the award ceremony and only the certificate will be handed out.
・Please note that we will not be able to award awards if submitted after March 31, 2021.
Note 3: If you are a child/student residing in the city who is attending a school other than Inagi City School and has achieved relevant achievements, please contact the Education and General Affairs Division.
