The home-like childcare business (childcare mom) is a business that entrusts children to childcare moms certified by the city and nurses them.
Childcare moms are those who have qualifications such as nursery teachers, midwives, public health nurses, nurses, teachers, etc., or those who have completed training designated by the city, and who have childcare experience.

We accept healthy infants from 57 days after birth to 2-year-old class (until the end of the fiscal year in which the child turns 3 years old) in cases where the guardian is unable to care for the child at home due to work, etc. .

Childcare is provided at the childcare mother's home or in a dedicated nursery room.

1. Please fax the application form prescribed by the city to the childcare mother who wishes to visit, or contact the e-mail address of each childcare mother with the same contents as the application form.

After the city informs you that you will be able to use the service, you will be asked to interview the childcare mother. At the time of the interview, please confirm and discuss the following matters. If there are no problems, we will ask you to sign a contract directly with the childcare mom and decide to use it.

(1) Childcare fee
It will be a childcare fee for No. 3 certification. For details, please refer to the guidebook for using nursery schools .

(2) Please bring your own bedding, diapers, etc., or pay the actual cost. In addition, you may be required to bear the costs directly necessary for childcare.

(3) Extended childcare fee [In the case of childcare short-time certification] If the use exceeds 8 hours, an extended childcare fee will be charged separately.

Authorized nursery schools in the city cooperate with childcare mothers and provide childcare assistance and childcare consultations for childcare mothers. In addition, childcare mothers and their children participate together in nursery school-sponsored projects (events, health checkups, etc.) and interact with nursery school children.
In addition, when childcare mothers take leave or are absent due to participation in training, etc., the affiliated nursery schools take care of their children and promote childcare. If we are unable to take care of your child due to the circumstances of the affiliated nursery school, we will provide alternative childcare at a public nursery school.

1. We cannot accept children who require medical attention, children who have food allergies, or who have had febrile convulsions, as we do not have a full-time nurse.
2. If you develop a food allergy after using Childcare Mama, as a general rule, you will be asked to make a lunch at home.
3. School lunches will be provided by nursery school moms, but if the child has a food allergy and is asked to make a lunch at home, the actual cost will be borne by the family.
4. Childcare moms are required to undergo a health checkup at the start of use and twice a year. Parents and guardians should bring their children to see a designated doctor directly.
5. If your family situation changes while you are using the service, you will need to complete a procedure. Please refer to this page and, if applicable, promptly submit the required documents to the Child Care Support Division. Also, be sure to contact the nursery mother.
6. After entering the nursery school, please keep your child in your care while communicating with the nursery mother and following the rules.
7. As a general rule, extended childcare after 18:00 is not available.
