Transfer procedures for transfers from outside the city

When transferring to Inagi City elementary/junior high school

1. Please call the Academic Affairs Division and the school you plan to attend in advance.
2. Please receive a "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Subject Book Salary Certificate" from the school you attended before transferring.
3 When completing transfer procedures, please receive a ``Transfer Admission Notification'' from the Citizens Affairs Division.
4 Please bring the "Transfer Admission Notification" you received from the Citizens' Affairs Division to the Academic Affairs Division (City Hall, 6th floor) to complete the transfer procedures. At that time, please specify the school you will attend.
5. Submit the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Subject Book Salary Certificate" to the designated transfer school.

Note: If you complete transfer procedures at Hirao Branch Office or Wakabadai Branch Office

  • There is no need to go through any procedures at the Academic Affairs Division when completing transfer procedures. After completing the transfer procedures at the branch office, please submit the "Certificate of Enrollment" and "Certificate of Subject Books and Salary" to the designated transfer school.
  • If you wish to attend a school other than your designated one, please contact the Academic Affairs Division (City Hall 6th floor) immediately and come to the counter.

If you are enrolled in a national, metropolitan, or private elementary or junior high school

After completing the transfer procedures at the Citizens Affairs Division, you will need to report that you will be attending school outside the area at the Education Affairs Division (City Hall 6th floor). Please bring the "Transfer Admission Notification" you received at the Citizen Affairs Division and the "Certificate of Enrollment" from the school you will be attending.
Additionally, if you decide to attend a national, metropolitan, or private elementary or junior high school after transferring, please contact the Academic Affairs Section of the Academic Affairs Division immediately .

Procedures for those enrolling in national, metropolitan, and private elementary and junior high schools

If you continue to attend the municipal school before transferring

Please complete the procedures for attending school outside the area at the board of education of your previous address.
Also, after completing the transfer procedure at the Citizens Affairs Division, please report your transfer to the Academic Affairs Division (6th floor of City Hall).
