About telephone relay service

What is telephone relay service?
The "Telephone Relay Service" connects people with hearing or speech difficulties and those with hearing disabilities by telephone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with interpreters interpreting "sign language/text" and "voice." It's a service.
Not only can you make emergency calls and contact hospitals, but you can also communicate with work, family, friends, etc. over the phone.

About start time and usage method
The service is scheduled to start from July 1, 2021.
You must register for use with the Nippon Foundation Telephone Relay Service in advance.
(If the phone is registered, you can make and receive calls.)
