About Inagi City Dementia Initial Intensive Support Promotion Project

This is a visiting support team for dementia patients, consisting of dementia specialists, medical/welfare/nursing professionals (nurses, mental health social workers, occupational therapists), etc.

We visit the homes of people who have or are suspected of having dementia and provide consultation on any problems or concerns they may have. We will then provide intensive initial support for dementia, including reducing the nursing care burden on families, such as making hospital visits and adjusting the use of various services according to the situation. (approximately 6 months)

People who are over 40 years old, live at home, are difficult to treat due to symptoms of dementia, are suspected of having cognitive symptoms, or have dementia.
