When an elderly person disappears due to wandering etc.
If an elderly person goes missing due to wandering, etc., please call the police at 110 without thinking, ``If I look for them, I might find them'' or ``I can't believe the police will help me.''
Early notification leads to early detection.
Inagi City takes the following measures to deal with elderly people who wander around.

When an elderly person disappears, there is a network that works with related organizations to detect early signs of wandering.
After contacting the police at 110, please consult the Inagi City Elderly Welfare Division.
At that time, we will ask for information that will help us locate the elderly person, such as their age, height, clothing, belongings, etc.

Wandering elderly family support service
We lend mobile terminals to elderly people, generally 65 years of age or older, who exhibit significant wandering behavior, and when they go missing, we work with a 24-hour consultation center and their families to search for their whereabouts. This is a service that helps families provide care with peace of mind by preventing accidents.
In addition, as an optional service, we will conduct a search using equipment and with the cooperation of the company using the device, although this will be at your own expense.
Usage fee Application fee: 3,500 yen (excluding tax)
Monthly usage fee: 250 yen (excluding tax)
Optional services Location information provision fee and search dispatch fee will be charged.
