Updated: December 13, 2024
50UP: "Thinking about the future"
In today's world, where we are said to be living to 100 years old, 50 years old marks halfway through life.
What kind of future do you envision?
For those in the 50+ generation who are now at the stage where they need to think about their future, such as what they really wanted to do for themselves or others, and what they want to do more of in the future, we would like to introduce some hints for designing a future life that suits them.
Draw your own unique life design and connect with your partner, family, friends, acquaintances, and the people you will meet in the future as your new self!
Would you like to design your own senior life from the age of 50?
The theme of this course is "exercise" and "social participation (connections with others)," which are considered important for staying vibrant and healthy forever.
This is a 10-part online course in which participants can take a combination of a gymnastics class (the first 45 minutes) taught by a sports club instructor and an introduction to hobbies and activities that can serve as a basis for social participation (the last 45 minutes).
You can take the course from the comfort of your own home, even in the cold winter, using the ZOOM app on your computer or smartphone. Why not take this class and think about your future life while having fun?
