"Pay-easy Account Transfer Reception Service" is a service that allows you to apply for account transfer using only a cash card. You can easily complete the registration of bank transfer on the spot, without the need to fill in the bank transfer request form or affix a bank seal.
If you pay by bank transfer, you don't have to worry about going to the payment and forgetting to pay. Please take advantage of this convenient service.

Long-term care insurance premium

1. Please apply at City Hall 2nd Floor Counter 4 (Elderly Welfare Section Nursing Care Insurance Section), Hirao Branch Office, Wakabadai Branch Office.
2. We will verify your identity with an identification card such as a driver's license or health insurance card.
3. Please fill in your name, etc. on the "Account Transfer Agreement Application Form".
4. Please swipe your cash card through the dedicated terminal at the counter and enter your PIN.

With the above procedure, the application will be completed on the spot.

Note 1: We will not notify you when the procedure has been completed or when the transfer has been completed.
Note 2: Fund transfer is not possible for past years and for periods past the payment deadline. Please pay with the payment slip.

Note: The applicant himself/herself must be the account holder (you cannot apply with a card that is not in your name).

1. Identification documents such as driver's license, health insurance card, etc.
2. Cash cards listed below in the list of financial institutions that accept pay-easy account transfers (you will need to enter your PIN)

Note: Some biometric authentication cash cards cannot be accepted.

Remarks: Financial institutions other than the above can apply by bank transfer as usual.

In principle, only ordinary accounts (Japan Post Bank regular savings accounts) are supported. However, for Mizuho Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, checking accounts are also available.
