Introduction of Regular Dentist Program

We will introduce dentists from the Inagi Dental Association so that people with disabilities and those who are bedridden at home can have a local dentist.

For individuals with disabilities, those who are bedridden at home, etc.

Please fill out the Application Form and bring it to the Health Center, or apply by mail or fax.
The Application Form is also available at the Health Center.
