Parking lots in municipal parks are charged to ensure proper use, ensure fairness with public transportation users, and optimize the burden on beneficiaries.

• Less than 1 hour Free
• From 1 hour to 2 hours 200 yen
• If it exceeds 2 hours, add 100 yen for each hour up to 200 yen.

Remarks: Up to 1,200 yen for 24 hours

(example)

• Parking for 45 minutes → Free
• 1 hour 45 minutes parking → 200 yen
• 2 hours 45 minutes parking → 200 yen + 100 yen = 300 yen
• 3 hours 45 minutes parking → 200 yen + 100 yen + 100 yen = 400 yen

There are various reduction and exemption systems for parking fees.

When using paid sports facilities (tennis courts, general gymnasium, etc.)

Those who pay to use the gymnasium are eligible for a reduction in parking fees.
About reduction method, prior application at general gymnasium window is necessary . Please note that we do not accept post-facto applications on the day of use.

In the case of use by people with disabilities

Parking fees will be waived by presenting your disability certificate or the digital disability certificate app "Mirairo ID."
The procedure is as follows.

(1) Those who use the Shiroyama Park Central Library Parking Lot or the Inagi Central Park General Gymnasium (West/South) Parking Lot

Please bring your parking ticket and disability certificate or Mirairo ID with you to the central library counter or general gymnasium counter. We will carry out the prescribed exemption procedures.
For non-opening hours of each facility, the procedure is the same as "(2) For those using other parking lots."

(2) Other parking lot users

Please contact the call center from the intercom (handset) attached to the payment machine or your mobile phone without inserting the parking ticket into the payment machine . We will carry out the prescribed exemption procedure.

(3) Those who have difficulty in conversation due to language disorders, etc.

Please bring your disability certificate and driver's license in advance, and come to the City Hall Green and Environment Division Green and Park Section or Inagi Green Wellness Foundation (counter in the general gymnasium). We will carry out the prescribed exemption procedure.
In addition, about (3) exemption system, it is limited when person with disability certificate owner drives car.
