Regarding the rental of ultrasonic cat damage mitigation equipment

For those who are having trouble with cat feces and urine, we will lend an ultrasonic cat damage mitigation device free of charge.
Note: Due to individual differences between cats, the effect may not be apparent.

Persons eligible for lending

Those who are 20 years of age or older and fall under any of the following

  • Those who live in the city
  • Representatives of individuals, corporations, or other organizations that have offices or business establishments in the city.

Rental equipment

Loan period

Within 14 days from the day after you received the loan Note: If the last day of the loan period is not a business day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please return it by the next business day.

Borrowing Procedures

Advance reservation

How to make a reservation: Please make a reservation by phone or at the Living Environment Division counter.
Reception hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) Special notes: If we have a large number of reservations, we will contact you as soon as the rental becomes available.

Handing over of equipment

How to receive: Please hand it over at the Living Environment Division counter.
Pickup time: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

Return of equipment

How to return: Please return to the Living Environment Division counter.
Return time: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)

Precautions for use

  • Uses 4 AA batteries. Please prepare your own.
  • The place of use should be within the city, and should be land, houses, structures, etc. owned or managed by the lessee.
  • Do not install it facing your neighborhood or road. Some people may feel uncomfortable.
  • It is not completely waterproof, so do not install it in a place where it may be damaged.
  • Any accidents or injuries that occur during use will be the responsibility of the renter.

Handling precautions

  • It must not be lent or transferred to a third party.
  • May not be used for commercial purposes.

Damage to equipment, etc.

  • If the item is damaged, soiled, lost, etc., please contact us immediately.
  • The lessee must repair or purchase an identical product and return it at his/her own expense.

You can also use repellents and obstacles to deter cats on your property. Please refer to the following and try it once.
