Application for pet cremation

If your pet dies, we offer cremation for a fee.
As it will be a communal burial, the ashes cannot be returned. Please note.

How to apply

Put it in a plastic bag, put it in a cardboard box, seal it, and bring it to the Living Environment Division on the 3rd floor of the city hall.
Please refrain from using burial goods as they may interfere with cremation.

If your dog dies

If a registered dog dies, a death certificate must be submitted .
Please contact the Health Center for details.
