Designated collection bags for unused/unopened combustible/non-combustible waste can be replaced with designated collection bags for plastic waste.
Last updated: May 22, 2024
We started collecting plastic waste in April 2020, and we ask citizens to purchase designated collection bags specifically for plastic waste and dispose of it.
Since the collection began, we have received many comments from households saying that plastic waste makes up a large proportion of household waste, and that combustible and non-burnable waste has decreased, and that they no longer use the bags.
We hope that all citizens will continue to actively separate their garbage and cooperate with us in promoting the disposal of recyclable plastic waste.
Therefore, designated collection bags for unused and unopened combustible garbage that are no longer used at home and designated collection bags for non-combustible garbage ( in white outer bags, set of 10 bags per bag) are available for exchange. ) can be exchanged for designated collection bags for plastic waste at the Living Environment Division counter on the 3rd floor of Inagi City Hall .
Exchange start date and time
From June 3, 2024 to August 30, 2024 <br id="3"/>Note: We have sufficient stock for replacements, but if we receive many requests for replacements at the same time,
Due to inventory issues, we may not be able to deliver on the same day.
In that case, please understand that you will need to come back to collect your item again.
Points to note when exchanging
- The bag after replacement is only a bag for plastic garbage.
Note: We will not exchange different categories such as combustible garbage bags and non-burnable garbage bags.
- Burnable garbage bags and non-burnable garbage bags collected at the time of exchange will be reused, so they must be unused and unopened (10 bags per bag) .
Note: Only 10-packs in unopened white outer bags can be exchanged.
- Exchanges are limited to items of the same size only. We do not exchange for another size.
Note: We do not accept exchanges for other sizes, such as large size → small size.
- The price of plastic garbage bags is half the price of burnable garbage bags and non-burnable garbage bags, so we will exchange 1 bag (10 pieces) in units of 2 bags (20 pieces).
- Please bring unused and unopened (1 set of 10) burnable garbage bags and non-burnable garbage bags to the Living Environment Division counter on the 3rd floor of Inagi City Hall , and fill in the necessary information on the application form. We will replace it with a plastic garbage bag and give it to you.
- This exchange is only for citizens.
- If you wish to exchange a large number of unused or unopened items (10 pieces per set) , please contact the Living Environment Division in advance, as we will have stock available.
