[15th Misawa River Cherry and Pear Blossom Festival] Stage performers wanted

We are looking for performers for the 15th Misawa River Cherry Blossom and Pear Blossom Festival, which will be held on Saturday, March 22nd and Sunday, March 23rd, 2025! Please check the "15th Misawa River Cherry Blossom and Pear Blossom Festival Stage Performer Recruitment Guidelines" and apply using the application form.

Overview of the event

(1) Date and Time:

• Saturday, March 22, 2025, 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Sunday, March 23, 2025, 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

　　Note: Times are subject to change.

(2) Location: Inagi City Hall Venue Stage (In the Inagi City Hall First Parking Lot)
(3) Performance time: Within 30 minutes per group (including individuals), including time for setting up, taking down, etc.

Qualification requirements

(1) Organizations or individuals conducting activities within Inagi City.
(2) Other organizations or individuals approved by the Executive Committee.
(3) Organizations or individuals that do not engage in political, religious, or commercial activities.
(4) In addition to the regulations set forth in these guidelines, participants must be able to comply with the instructions of the Executive Committee in order to ensure the smooth running of the event.
(5) Even if the above conditions are met, individuals or groups that are affiliated with or suspected of being affiliated with organized crime will not be allowed to appear.

Recruitment quota

(1) The maximum number of performers to be recruited will be 10 groups (including individuals).
Note: Due to program circumstances, the number of participants may be reduced.
(2) Applications will be accepted via the application form . If there are a large number of applicants, a lottery will be held.
