The Net119 emergency call system is a system that enables people with hearing and speech impairments who have difficulty in calling 911 by voice to smoothly report to the fire department.
By accessing the reporting website from a smartphone or mobile phone, entering the necessary information and location information for fire and emergency situations, and making a report, you can immediately connect to the fire department and request a fire engine or ambulance. is.

How to apply/register

There are two ways to apply.

Q Can I report using any mobile phone/smartphone?
A NTT Docomo, KDDI au, Softbank, and Rakuten Mobile mobile phones and smartphones can be used. You also need to subscribe to Internet services (i-mode, sp-mode, EZweb, Yahoo! Keitai, etc.) and mail services of each company.

Q What should I do if I change my mobile phone/smartphone model after registration?
A If there are any changes to the pre-registration details, regardless of model change, please be sure to submit a "change request". If you do not apply for change, you may not be able to report.

Q What should I do if I cannot register online?

You can issue a model change code from the "Settings" button on the Net119 report screen. then displayed

Please be sure to write down the model change code and model change URL in a memo, screenshot, etc.

After purchasing a new device

After purchasing a new device, enter the model change URL and open the model change page.

Please enter the model change code and the email address used on the new device and send.
A notice to complete the model change will be sent to the email address you entered, so please open the email and access the URL. The change procedure is now complete.

After completing the change procedure, you will receive another e-mail, so please open the e-mail, access the URL, bookmark it , and add it to your home screen .

Note: Some models cannot be added to the home screen.

You can change your email address from the "Settings" button on the Net119 report screen.
Be sure to complete the verification procedure from the email that arrives at your new email address.
Note: The verification process must be completed within 1 hour after the provisional completion of the process.
After completing the procedure, you will receive an email with a new notification URL. After accessing the reporting URL and checking the guidance screen, be sure to bookmark it and add it to your home screen .
