If a communication/call problem occurs and it is difficult to call 119 from a mobile phone, etc., please take measures such as using a public phone, asking a neighbor or business to call 119, or rushing directly to the fire station. Thank you.
How to call 119 from a public phone
- Please lift the handset and press the red button (emergency call button).
- When you hear the dial tone, please dial 110, 119, etc.
- No coins or cards required.
