If communication/call problems occur and it is difficult to call 119 from a mobile phone, etc., you can use a public phone, ask a nearby person or shop to call 119, or run directly to the fire station. Please.
How to call 119 from a public phone
- Pick up the handset and press the red button (emergency call button).
- When you hear the dial tone, dial 110, 119, etc.
- No coins or cards required.
