AED rental

The Inagi Fire Department lends AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) free of charge to festivals and sporting events where citizens gather in case of emergencies.

Organizations within the city that can secure doctors, emergency medical technicians, or those who have completed the standard lifesaving course 1 or above.
Application
Please apply using one of the following methods.
・Download the application form and bring it to Inagi Fire Station or mail it.
- Download the application form, enter the necessary information, attach the application form and send it by email to shoukeibou@city.inagi.lg.jp (Inagi City Fire Department, Inagi Fire Station, Fire Prevention Division email address).
・Apply by filling out the form using the QR code or external link below.
In either case, please call us before applying to confirm availability on your desired date, which will ensure a smooth process.
When you borrow the equipment, we will also give you a usage report, so please return it together with the usage report.

Note : We recommend using plain paper for printing and A4 or B5 print size.
Thermal paper for thermal printers will not be accepted.
