In 2018, the number of confirmed criminal law offenses decreased by 85 from 528 in the previous year to 443.
We were able to achieve the targets set by the Council for Promoting Safe and Secure Community Development, namely, "Under 500 cases of criminal offenses" and "Reduce the number of thieves by 5%." It is a great achievement in many different activities.

Patrol activities by crime prevention registered groups
We provide security goods in the city!
Patrol activities by security groups registered with the city are carried out every day and night.
A total of 2,195 events were held in 2018, with a total of 105,678 participants.

Personal Volunteer Registration for Crime Prevention Activities
Crime prevention activity individual volunteer registration system is started from November, 2016, and crime prevention activity is carried out every day.
As of December 31, 2018, 21 people are registered.

Sponsored by the "Inagi City Safe and Secure Community Development Promotion Council", every year on the third Wednesday of July and December, "city-wide crime prevention patrols" are carried out mainly by crime prevention groups.
From this time, we have added 2 locations, "Keio Yomiuriland Station" and "Inagi Naganuma Station" to the existing 5 locations, making it a new system with a total of 7 locations.
In 2018, it was held on July 18th and December 19th, with 919 people and 159 groups (July) and 949 people and 162 groups (December), and many citizens participated. rice field.
2017 Inagi City Crime Prevention Gathering
Lecture
On January 17, 2018 (Wednesday), the Inagi City Federation of Neighborhood Associations, the Inagi City Safety and Security Community Development Promotion Council, and the Tama Inagi Crime Prevention Association co-sponsored the 2017 Inagi City Crime Prevention Gathering. It was held in the conference room on the 4th floor of Shinko Plaza.

The 13th Inagi Ekiden Crime Prevention Patrol
The 13th Inagi Ekiden Crime Prevention Patrol was held on Sunday, May 6, 2018, sponsored by the Tama Inagi Crime Prevention Association, with the aim of raising awareness of crime prevention among citizens.
