Please tell me about the difference between a licensed nursery school and a kindergarten.

A kindergarten is a school educational facility and is intended for education, while a licensed nursery school is a child welfare facility and is intended to take care of infants on behalf of parents. Therefore, the use of licensed nursery schools is limited to cases where the guardian cannot take care of the child during the day due to work, illness, childbirth, nursing care, etc.
