If I move out of Inagi City, what will happen to my medical insurance premiums for the latter-stage elderly?

Updated: August 30, 2013

If you move out in the middle of the fiscal year, the premium amount will be recalculated on a monthly basis, and the premium amount will be the amount up to the month before you moved out. (For the month in which you move out, you will be required to pay insurance premiums at your new place of residence.) We will notify you of the change in insurance premiums the month after you move out. If you receive a payment slip for the adjustment, please pay at a nearby financial institution.
