If you are unable to write the name of the candidate on your ballot due to physical or mental illness or other reasons, please notify the polling station staff and the polling station staff will assist (write on your behalf) in voting on your behalf. You can vote by voting. However, accompanying family members are not allowed to write on the ballot paper .
Proxy voting can also be done by early voting.
Blind people can vote using Braille.
If you are planning to vote in Braille at a polling place, please ask the staff at the polling station and they will give you a ballot with a sign indicating that you are voting in Braille. Braille devices are also available at voting stations.

This card is for those who need proxy voting or other assistance at a polling place (including early voting places) to notify the staff in writing if they are unable to do so orally.
If you would like to use a voting support card, please download the form below, print it out, write your desired support details, and present it to the person in charge at the polling place. At that time, if you bring your polling place admission ticket with you, the registration process will go smoothly.
