Purpose of the instructional guidelines
These guidance guidelines supplement Inagi City's guidance guidelines for residential land development, etc., and are aimed at creating a livable town that takes advantage of the characteristics of the region. , which establishes guidance guidelines regarding the maximum height of medium- and high-rise buildings and provides appropriate guidance to business operators.
Overview of guidelines
(1) The maximum height of buildings constructed on land adjacent to Kawasaki Highway shall be 36 meters or less .
(2) The maximum height of buildings constructed on land bordering the Minami-Tama-one trunk line shall be 30 meters or less .
(3) The maximum height of buildings constructed on land other than (1) and (2) above shall be 25 meters or less .
Note
Excludes district planning areas, Type 1 low-rise residential areas, and Type 2 low-rise residential areas.
If a mid-to-high-rise building with a height exceeding (1), (2), or (3) above was built before this guideline came into effect, and is being rebuilt, the Comprehensive Design System, etc. Buildings that take into consideration the surrounding environment and mid-to-high-rise buildings that the mayor deems necessary for the public good are exempt from this application.
The height of a building is defined as the height from the ground surface (see Article 2 of the Enforcement Order of the Building Standards Act).
