Note: On holidays, the issuing counter is the Municipal Tax Section of the Taxation Division of the City Hall, and the only services available are the issuance of the Assessment Certificate, the Public Tax Certificate, and the Name Register. In addition, you can request by mail.

Note: If someone other than the applicant applies, a power of attorney is required (even if it is a family member, a power of attorney is required).
3 Fixed amount money order (can be purchased at the post office) as a fee
Note: Be sure to include the same amount as the number of requests. ( Please do not bring change)
Note: The validity period is 6 months from the date of issue. For administrative purposes, we ask that you send us a fixed-amount money order with at least 10 days remaining in validity .
4 Return envelope (stamped and addressed)
