Note 1 There are cases where the above does not apply, such as those who own properties individually and jointly.
Note 2: The owner's address, owner's name, etc. are not listed in the land register for viewing and the house register for viewing.

8:30am to 5pm on business days (8:30am to 11:45am and 1pm to 5pm on holiday days)
Note: On holidays, the issuing counter is the Municipal Tax Section of the Taxation Division of the City Hall, and the only services available are the issuance of the Assessment Certificate, the Public Tax Certificate, and the Name Register. In addition, you can request by mail.

About mail request

If requesting by mail, please enclose the following four items and send them to the Taxation Division Land Section/House Section.

1 Various application forms (please obtain them from the links below)
Note: If you are a corporation, please affix the seal of the corporation's representative (circle seal) on the application form.

2 Copy of identification (please refer to the identification section of the application form)
Note: If someone other than the applicant applies, a power of attorney is required (even if it is a family member, a power of attorney is required).

3 Fixed amount money order (can be purchased at the post office) as a fee
Note: Be sure to include the same amount as the number of requests. ( Please do not bring change)
Note: The validity period is 6 months from the date of issue.
For administrative purposes, we ask that you send us a fixed-amount money order with at least 10 days remaining in validity .


4 Return envelope (stamped and addressed)
Note: Please make sure that the address on the return envelope and the address of the requester on the application form are the same.
