From March 1, 2020, you can request a copy of your family register from another municipality. (Wide area grant)
When making a claim for wide-area delivery, the items required for the claim are different.

This page mainly provides information about issuing family registration certificates whose permanent address is Inagi City.
Note: Only the Citizens Division on the 1st floor of City Hall is open on holidays.
Note: Wide area issuance is not possible on holidays and office opening days.
Note: If your permanent address is not in Inagi City, copies of your family register and identification documents cannot be issued at Inagi City Hall . Note: As of March 1, 2020, identification codes for providing electronic certificates can be issued, but cannot be used. In the future, it is expected that it will be able to be used for passport application procedures, etc.

Note: Wide area delivery is from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Note: On holidays, the office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
