Even if you move within Inagi City, you must submit a notification to change your resident registration.
Within 14 days from the date of moving (Notification can be submitted after starting to live at the new address.)
Note: Changes to the resident registration of households that include foreign residents cannot be processed at branch offices. Please come to the Citizens Section on the 1st floor of City Hall.
Note: The power of attorney must be signed by the person who entrusted it.

Other necessary items and procedures, such as receipt certificates and seals issued by Inagi City, vary depending on the individual. If you have any questions, please contact the relevant departments as soon as possible.
Note: To change the face of your Basic Resident Registration Card (with photo), you will need to enter your PIN number (for you or someone from the same household). Please contact us if you are using a voluntary representative who is not from the same household.
