(2) Submission at Inagi City Hall Economic Affairs Division (not accepted at Hirao Branch Office or Wakabadai Branch Office)

Note: Applications can only be made at the counter at the Economic Affairs Division on the 6th floor of Inagi City Hall. (Applications cannot be made at branch offices, and applications can only be accepted.)

(Applications are accepted from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. Note: Applications are not accepted on weekends, national holidays, the New Year's holiday period, or when the office is open on holidays.)

Note: It will take about one week to ten days for the review to be completed. Please note that the review results will not be announced on the day of application.

The Small Business Loan Intermediation System provides small and medium-sized businesses in the city with loans of funds necessary for business management. You can choose from working/equipment funds, emergency working capital, and start-up funds depending on how you want to use the funds.

• Subsidize part or all of the credit guarantee fee (if the loan was obtained during fiscal year 2024)
• Partial burden of interest

The city does this, making it easier for the city to borrow from financial institutions.
Note: The Tokyo Metropolitan Government provides a partial subsidy for credit guarantee fees for operating equipment loans for small and medium-sized enterprises (loan periods of more than three to seven years).

• Must not be in arrears with municipal tax or corporate municipal tax.
• You must have a guarantor who lives in Tokyo or a neighboring prefecture and is approved by financial institutions and credit guarantee institutions.

Note: Please check the brochure for the requirements for operating/equipment funds, emergency working capital, and start-up capital.

Note: Excludes some target users.

Note: Cannot be used for refinancing.

Note: If there is a significant change in the repayment details, such as moving out of Inagi City, going out of business, or changing the original repayment plan (excluding lump-sum early payment), interest will not be reimbursed after the date of change. Please note that this is not the case.
