We are looking for recipes using Inagi City's specialty products, pears and grapes.
Anyone can apply, so please send us your ideas.
Recipes submitted will be posted on the Inagi City website, etc.

We are looking for recipes using ``pears'' and ``grapes'' that citizens can actually make.

Grape jelly (Takao grapes)

• Takao grapes (as needed)
• 35g water
• Powdered agar 0.35g
• 6g sugar
• Gelatin 0.5g
• Grape juice (100%) 30g

(1) Soak gelatin in water (30g).
(2) Dissolve the powdered agar in water (5g) by boiling, add sugar, and add gelatin at 75 to 80°C. Finally, add grape juice.
(3) Add an appropriate amount of Takao grapes to a cup.
(4) Pour (2) into a cup, let it cool, and then chill in the refrigerator.
