As one of the ways to further raise awareness of waste reduction and to create opportunities for further efforts to reduce waste, we offer creative dishes that make effective use of the peels and cores of vegetables and fruits that are thrown away in daily cooking. , We are always looking for recipes to remake leftover dishes.
Anyone can apply, so please send us your ideas.

Application details

We are looking for recipes for dishes that are usually made at home in order to reduce garbage, and that can actually be made by citizens.

Ingredients (for 3 small bowls)

  1. Shred the ingredients.
