Inagi City contract inn use subsidy system (lodging expenses in sister cities and friendship cities are subsidized)

the purpose

Sister city of Inagi City by subsidizing part of the expenses for those who use accommodation facilities designated by the city located in sister city Ozora Town, Foster City City, and friendship city Soma City, Nozawa Onsen Village and develop exchanges with friendship cities.

Target audience

(1) Those who have an address within the area of Inagi City (2) Those who work at a place of business within the area of Inagi City (3) Those who are enrolled in a school within the area of Inagi City (4) Special subsidies from the mayor (e.g. leaders who do not fall under 1 to 3 above in city projects)
Note: Unaccompanied minors under the age of 15 must have parental consent form.

Flow of using the subsidy (Ozora Town, Soma City)

1 Book accommodation

Please check the table above and make a reservation.
When making a reservation, please tell them that you will use the subsidy ticket.

Note: Internet reservations are only eligible for on-site payment .

2 Submit application

Please submit the “Inagi City contracted inn usage subsidy ticket application form” by mail or in person. (Application forms are available on the download page (internal link) or at Regional Promotion Plaza, Hirao branch office, Wakabadai branch office)
If you are staying with more than 7 people, please contact NPO Citizen Activity Support Center Inagi in advance.
Those under the age of 15 who are not accompanied by a guardian, etc., must attach a letter of consent from a guardian, etc.

3 Receive a "subsidy ticket"

We will contact you as soon as it is ready to be issued, so please pick it up at the 1st floor of the Regional Promotion Plaza.
If you wish to receive your certificate by mail, please submit a self-addressed, stamped envelope when you apply.

4 Submit a “subsidy ticket”

Please submit the subsidy ticket when you check in at the accommodation facility.
The amount shown on the subsidy will be deducted from the accommodation fee.
If you do not submit the grant ticket, you will not be able to receive the grant.

2 Contact the reservation desk of the accommodation facility

Please follow the regulations of the facility regarding cancellation fees and other charges when canceling a reservation.

Precautions etc.

Subsidies for Ozora Town and Soma City are only available if payment is made on-site. Subsidies cannot be received if payment is made in advance via the Internet, etc.
Subsidies cannot be reissued. Please do not lose it.
Subsidies cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
If it turns out that you applied for the issuance of a grant certificate by fraudulent means, the issuance of the grant certificate or its effect may be revoked.
