If you have entered into a contract for products or services using a specific transaction method such as door-to-door sales, telemarketing sales, multilevel marketing transactions, door-to-door purchasing, etc., and you wish to cancel the contract, you may cancel the contract for any reason within a certain period of time. There is a "cooling off system" that can be canceled.
Cooling-off is done in writing, by writing the necessary information on a postcard and sending it by registered mail or simple registered mail to the representatives of the sales company and the credit company (if you have a credit contract).
Please make a copy of the front and back of the postcard and keep it as evidence when you receive it at the post office.
In addition, even if the cooling-off period (8 days including the contract date in case of door-to-door sales, etc., 20 days including the contract date in case of multilevel sales) has passed, please do not give up and contact us. Depending on the conditions, cooling-off may not be possible even with the above sales/transaction methods.)
