Notice of Start of Home Door Use

JR East is promoting the installation of "platform doors" to ensure that customers can use the stations more safely.
We would like to inform you that platform doors will be installed at Inagi-Naganuma Station (platforms 2 and 3), along with the start date of use and the scheduled installation date.

Scheduled Start Date for Home Doors

February 4, 2025 (Tuesday)

Scheduled Installation Date of Home Door Enclosure

Platform 2 (Upbound: Kawasaki direction) From January 14, 2025 (Tuesday) to January 15, 2025 (Wednesday)

Platform 3 (Downward: Towards Tachikawa) From January 13, 2025 (Monday) to January 14, 2025 (Tuesday)

The installation of the equipment will take place after the last train has departed and before the arrival of the first train.
After the installation of the equipment, operational tests will be conducted, and it will officially begin to be used.
Additionally, the above schedule is subject to change.

Platform 1 and Platform 4

The platform doors at Inagi-Naganuma Station (Platform 1 and Platform 4) started operation on February 19, 2024.
