1 What is the district planning system?

In order to improve your town, district planning is a system that establishes detailed "rules for town development" according to the characteristics of the district and guides you to a better urban environment in a planned manner.
Specifically, through discussions with the people who live in the area, restrictions are set regarding the layout of roads, parks, etc. (district facilities), how buildings can be used, how they are constructed, etc.
