Inagi City Hall Fire Case Verification Report

Updated: February 8, 2016

overview

On November 30, 2015, an incident occurred in which a man invaded the first floor of the city hall on a moped, sprayed oil-like liquid and set fire to it.
In response to this incident, the city established the Inagi City Hall Arson Investigation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee"). In addition to recording the outline of the incident and recovery activities, the committee will conduct a questionnaire survey of the staff, extract issues based on the analysis, and use it for future safety measures, disaster prevention and crisis management measures at the city hall. We verified the necessary countermeasures and summarized the results in a report.
