Inagi City City Hall arson incident verification report

Updated: February 8, 2016

overview

On November 30, 2015, an incident occurred where a man entered the first floor of City Hall on a moped, sprayed an oil-like liquid, and set a fire.
In response to this incident, the city established the Inagi City Hall Arson Investigation Committee (hereinafter referred to as the ``Committee''). In addition to recording the outline of the incident and recovery activities, the committee will conduct a questionnaire survey of employees, and based on the analysis, identify issues and make recommendations for future safety measures, disaster prevention, and crisis management at City Hall. We verified the necessary measures and summarized the results in a report.
