Inagi City has developed many buildings and infrastructure (roads, bridges, sewers, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as "public facilities, etc.") due to population growth and increased administrative demand. Many existing public facilities are aging. Although we have been promoting renovation and renewal until now, it is expected that a wave of renovation and renewal will come at once in the future, and a large amount of project costs will be required in the severe financial situation.
Preventing damage due to aging is an important issue for the safety of citizens' lives, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has asked local governments to give special consideration to the formulation of "comprehensive management plans for public facilities, etc." was requested to
Inagi City has been formulating various plans for facilities and infrastructure, implementing facility management, and maintaining a fixed asset ledger. An internal study group was set up, and after soliciting public opinions, in September 2015, the “Comprehensive Management Plan for Inagi City Public Facilities, etc.” was formulated.
Plan revision
Based on the fact that a certain period of time has passed since the plan was formulated, the fact that the national infrastructure life extension plan has been reviewed, and the fact that the individual facility plan described later has been formulated, etc. Revised in May.
