Inagi City Comprehensive Management Plan for Public Facilities, etc.
Update date: March 31, 2022
overview
Inagi City has developed many buildings and infrastructure (roads, bridges, sewers, etc.) (hereinafter referred to as "public facilities, etc.") due to population growth and increased administrative demands. Many of the existing public facilities are aging. Although we have been proceeding with renovations and updates, it is expected that a wave of renovations and updates will occur all at once in the future, and a large amount of project costs will be required in difficult financial conditions.
Preventing damage caused by aging is an important issue for safe citizen living, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has requested that each local government pay special attention to the formulation of a ``comprehensive management plan for public facilities, etc.'' was requested.
Inagi City has been formulating various plans for facilities and infrastructure, implementing facility management, and maintaining fixed asset registers, but in response to the current situation and requests mentioned above, the Public Facilities Comprehensive Management Planning Agency After setting up an internal review committee and soliciting citizen opinions, we formulated the Inagi City Comprehensive Management Plan for Public Facilities in September 2015.

Taking into account that a certain amount of time has passed since the plan was formulated, that the national infrastructure longevity plan has been revised, and that the individual construction plans described below have been formulated, the plan was reviewed and revised in March 2022.
