Inagi City City-owned Building Maintenance/Preservation Plan

More than 50% of the city's buildings are more than 30 years old, which is said to be a time when deterioration progresses rapidly. There are cases where buildings are seriously deteriorated, such as water leakage due to deterioration of exterior walls and rooftop waterproofing, and repairs are required without waiting for large-scale renovation work.
