Updated: March 31, 2023

Purpose of revision

Inagi City formulated a basic green plan in 2012, with the goal of "Inagi, a city where people can get close to and interact with water and greenery." About town development of this, we developed various measures. More than 10 years have passed since the plan was developed, and since the plan period has expired, we will revise the green basic plan for the next 10 years.
Over the past 10 years, the land readjustment project in the Kamhirao, Odara, and Minamiyama Tobu areas and the JR Nambu Line continuous grade-separation project have progressed, and the appearance of the town has changed significantly. Socially, the conservation of biodiversity is emphasized, and the realization of carbon neutrality is being promoted as a solution to the problem of climate change. are required to be actively promoted. Furthermore, based on the experience of the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11, 2011, parks and green spaces that can be used as evacuation sites for citizens are needed in order to improve familiar disaster prevention functions. I'm here.
