Changes in the Long-Term Comprehensive Plan
The Long-Term Comprehensive Plan is a long-term plan that establishes goals for the future appearance of the town, future population, future railways and roads, greenery and streams (irrigation channels), and outlines how to address various fields such as City Administration, welfare, education, urban development, environment, and industry, as well as the methods to achieve these goals.
