• Regarding admission to mother and child living support facilities and maternity facilities
• Loan for Women's Welfare Fund and Welfare Fund for Single Mothers and Fathers

Nursery School and Kindergarten Section

• Matters related to the Child and Parenting Support Project Plan and other Childcare Center facility plans
• Matters related to certification for educational and childcare benefits for children and benefits for the use of facilities for Parenting.
• Matters concerning the adjustment of Childcare Center usage
• Matters related to coordination of educational and childcare facilities and community-based childcare services
• Coordination or implementation of childcare-related projects among local children's parenting support projects
• Education and childcare benefits for children, facility usage benefits for parenting, and matters related to childcare center operating costs
• Matters concerning the certification and collection of user burden amounts
• Regarding Non-Authorized Childcare Centers
• Support for Early Childhood Education (Subsidy for Reducing Parent or Guardian Burden)
• Matters Related to Private Schools
• Implementation of Childcare Services for Sick Children and Children Recovering from Illness
