Q&A summary

Contents of question Answer
Tokyo has been selected as the host city for the 2020 Olympics, but are you planning any initiatives for that as Inagi City? At the Tokyo Olympics, Inagi City will be the course for bicycle road races. Prepare first. In addition, since Inagi City has been widely popular as a cycling course on a daily basis, I would like to develop, for example, an Olympic memorial facility as a base for visiting Inagi after the Tokyo Olympics are over. Also, just like this year's National Athletic Meet, I would like you to participate in various ways, such as helping out in various fields, volunteering, and even as athletes.
There is a disparity in childcare services within the city. I want you to make a place where you can temporarily nursery in Hirao. (Mayor)
We are unable to answer your budget-related requests at this time, but we will consider them when developing measures. I understand the current situation of temporary childcare in the Hirao area. We will consider the facilities, budget, acceptance system, etc.
(Director of Welfare Department)
I would like to conduct a practical examination, proceed with discussions with the mayor, and discuss whether it is possible from a policy point of view.
Regarding the social movement point system, I would like to hear the government's view on the merits and demerits of giving points for PTA activities. Also, some PTA activities are rewarded with points and others are not, and I don't think volunteers should be discriminated against in that way (against the point system). Since it is unclear what kind of explanation was given to the PTA on introducing the system from October, I would like to know the progress. Also, who invented it? About point certificate issuance, return of social movement point system, we ask social movement support center. As a result of setting up a screening committee and discussing the selection of target projects, we have selected them. I will tell you that there was an opinion against introducing a point system to the PTA.
Hirao Chuo Dori and the road to Shinyurigaoka are very crowded. I would like you to proceed with discussions with Aso Ward and ease the congestion. Congestion on Hirao Chuo Dori has been a longstanding issue, and we would like to continue discussions with Kawasaki City. However, when the land readjustment of Kamhirao is completed, roads will be connected in various directions, so it is expected that the traffic volume will be dispersed.
Access from the Hirao district to major facilities in the city is very poor, so I would like you to think about improvements in the medium term. Accessibility will be improved by completing the city planning road and connecting to Wakabadai. The i-bus will also be improved based on a proposal from the Inagi City Regional Public Transportation Review Council (it does not mean that the bus will enter Bibokai immediately).
About Hirao Shopping Street, there are many shops with closed shutters, but it is also a space where people gather. I think that more people will gather if playground equipment and basketball goals are made there. The space in the center of the Hirao shopping district is on the site of the Housing Supply Corporation, so I think it would be difficult to install it directly, but I will take it home and consult with the person in charge to see if it is possible.
Regarding the citizen activity point system, I don't think it's a good idea to give points to elementary school students or older because volunteers feel like part-timers. Should such an opinion also be said to the citizen movement support center? Ask the person in charge to investigate how the points were decided. If you have any questions or objections, please let the person in charge know.
Friend Hirao, a complex facility, is now available for school attendance counseling. It's a good facility, so I'd like to see more publicity. (Director of Welfare Department)
34 people use the use situation of development support center now. Nursery schools and school teachers are also using it (currently 4 groups). The number of consultations is 204 and is increasing month by month. A future task is PR for further use by related parties.
