What is Transfer Consultation?
This refers to counseling for children enrolled in elementary or junior high school who wish to be placed in a special support class or special support school, or who wish to move from a special support class to a regular class.

How to apply
Please consult with your child's school or apply at the Special Needs Education Counseling Office.
- Opening hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
- Reception hours: 9:00am to 4:30pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
