Forms such as the Agricultural Land Law

The deadline for applications for the General Meeting in January 2025 will be Friday, December 20th.

Application for permission under the provisions of Article 3 of the Agricultural Land Law (approved by the General Assembly)

When we perform right movement (buying and selling, gift, loan) such as farmlands for the purpose of cultivation, permission of agriculture committee based on Agricultural Land Law Article 3 is necessary. Acts such as transfer of ownership or establishment of lease without this permission shall not be effective.

Notification under the provisions of Article 3-3 of the Agricultural Land Law

When we acquire farmland by inheritance without depending on the Agricultural Land Act, report is necessary.

Notification under Article 4 of the Agricultural Land Law

When we change farmland in area designated for urbanization to other than farmland, report is necessary.

Notification under Article 5 of the Agricultural Land Law

When we change farmland in urbanization promotion area to form other than farmland with transfer of ownership, report of Agricultural Land Law Article 5 is necessary.

Certificate of Eligibility for Inheritance Tax Payment Deferral (General Meeting Decision)

This proof is required when a person who has acquired farmland, etc. by inheritance or bequest is eligible for a special exemption for inheritance tax payment deferment.

Proof of main agricultural worker involved in productive green space (approved by the General Assembly)

This proof is required when applying to the mayor to purchase a productive green space in accordance with Article 10 of the Green Productive Law.
Note: The point of contact for purchase proposal procedures is the Urban Development Planning Division, Urban Construction Department. For details, please contact the Town Development Planning Division.

Certificate to the effect that we continue farming

Those who have received the application of the special grace of inheritance tax payment must submit a continuation notification to the tax office every three years after the due date.
As at the time of report of continuation, certificate to the effect that we perform farm management sequentially as attached document is necessary, please submit two copies of proof requests to agriculture committee.

Termination under Article 18 of the Agricultural Land Law

It is a necessary document when agreeing to cancel the lease of farmland.

Schedule of General Meeting resolutions for deliberation

In principle, applications received by the 25th (or the previous business day if the 25th falls on a weekend) will be reviewed by the Agriculture Committee the following month. However, some applications require the Agriculture Committee to inspect the site in the presence of the applicant before review, so depending on the schedule of the inspection, the review month may be the month after the following month. Please contact the secretariat regarding the deadline for applications for general assembly deliberations in January and May.
