The evacuation shelter setup manual is created for each shelter.
The evacuation shelter operation manual is common to all facilities.
When using, please use the evacuation shelter setup manual for each shelter along with the evacuation shelter operation manual as a set.
(For relatively small shelters such as community disaster prevention centers, the setup manual and operation manual are combined into one book.)

Evacuation Shelter Management Manual

Regarding the Revision of the Evacuation Shelter Setup Manual and the Evacuation Shelter Management Manual

The manual for setting up and operating evacuation shelters is regularly revised based on the opinions provided by school officials and voluntary disaster prevention organizations during the modification of the regional disaster prevention plan, evacuation shelter management meetings, and training in each district.

Emergency Water Supply Manual

The city has established an emergency water supply manual regarding the securing of drinking water and water for daily use that can be implemented at each evacuation center. Please check it along with the evacuation center operation manual.
