How to ride the i-bus

When riding

Please board from the front door and pay the fare (cash/IC card accepted) at the driver's seat.

When getting off the train

When getting off the train, please exit through the middle door.
Please sit on a seat or hold on to a handrail while driving.

Disabled discount fares

By presenting the card, eligible individuals can receive half price for one-way fares (rounded up) and approximately a 30% discount on commuter pass fares.

Note: Disability discounts for children are available on IC cards ( PASMO ( ) , Suica ( ) This discount applies only to payments made with IC cards (such as travel IC cards). It does not apply to payments made in cash.

◆Disabled Person's Handbook

  • In the case of one type of passenger fare reduction, the discount fare will be applied to the "self" and "caregiver".
    Note: If a "caregiver" rides with you, please also present a private bus discount certificate.
  • If there are 2 types of passenger fare reduction, the discount fare will be applied only to the person himself/herself.

◆ Rehabilitation notebook (love notebook)

  • In the case of one type of passenger fare reduction, the discount fare will be applied to the "self" and "caregiver".
    Note: If a "caregiver" rides with you, please also present a private bus discount certificate.
  • If there are 2 types of passenger fare reduction, the discount fare will be applied only to the person himself/herself.
    Note: If the "principal" is under the age of 12, the "caregiver" is also eligible for the discounted fare.
    If you want to ride together, please present your private bus boarding discount certificate.


◆Health and Welfare Handbook for Mentally Disabled Persons Issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government

  • Discount fares apply only in Tokyo.
  • Please present the photo side to board.
  • Discount fares for commuter pass fares are not applicable.
