Use guidance of public facilities reservation system

How to register as a user

User registration is required in advance to apply for facility use using this system.
User registration includes individual registration and group registration.

  • Something that shows the outline of the organization (presentation of company outline, rules, list, etc.)

Note: The required documents are the same for user registration renewal procedures.
Note: Please note that if you do not log in for 3 years after registration, your ID will be deleted.
(If deleted, you will need to register again.)

Target users and available functions

Target users and available functions are as follows.

  • "Individual" means an individual who is registered as a user.
  • "Organization" means an organization that is registered as a user. In addition, available functions differ depending on the facility.
  • You can check vacant facilities in "Vacancy Inquiry".
  • In "Reserve", you can reserve a vacant facility.

For reservation

1 Flow of reservation application

  1. Only those who have registered as a user can apply for a reservation from a personal computer, mobile phone, smartphone, dedicated user terminal, etc. during the reservation acceptance period.
  2. Please pay the usage fee at the window by the deadline.
  3. The reservation is confirmed upon payment of the usage fee.

[Example of reservation application]
If you want to reserve a meeting room for July 10th (Reservation application procedure on April 10th)

  1. On April 10th, we will check the availability of facilities on the system and apply for reservations (reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, so as soon as reservations are made first, there will be no vacancies).
  2. We will deliver the usage fee to the window by April 20.
