Instructions for using the public facility reservation system

How to register as a user
User registration is required in advance to apply for facility use using this system.
User registration includes individual registration and group registration.

Note: The required documents are the same for the user registration renewal procedure.
Note: Please note that your ID will be deleted if you do not log in for 3 years after registration.
(If it is deleted, you will need to register it again.)

Target users and available functions
The target users and available functions are as follows.

- "Individual" means an individual who is a registered user.
- "Organization" means an organization that has registered as a user. Also, available functions vary depending on the facility.
- You can check available facilities using "Availability Check."
- "Reservations" allows you to reserve vacant facilities.
For reservation
1. Reservation application process
- Only registered users can make reservations during the reservation period using a computer, mobile phone, smartphone, dedicated user terminal, etc.
- Please pay the usage fee at the counter by the deadline.
- Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the usage fee.

If you would like to reserve a conference room for July 10th (reservation application procedure on April 10th)
- On April 10th, check the availability of the facility using the system and apply for a reservation.
- Please pay the usage fee to the counter by April 20th.
