The After-School Children's Classroom Manual can be viewed from the link above.
The booklet is distributed to new first-year students at the orientation session.
Current students who would like a copy of the booklet can pick them up at any after-school children's classroom or the Central Cultural Center.
Implementation overview
Utilizing elementary school facilities, after-school children's classes are held for all grades at all elementary schools in the city with the aim of creating a safe and secure place for children to stay after school.
Implementing elementary school
Inagi City Elementary School Total 12 schools
Target audience
Elementary school students from 1st to 6th grade who attend participating elementary schools.
However, it cannot be used in conjunction with after-school club.
Implementation time
(1) Weekdays from the end of school for each grade (after the end of school day club) to 6:00 p.m. (Registration: after school until 4:30 p.m.)
(2) Long-term holidays, substitute days for athletic meets, etc. [Morning] 8:30 a.m. to noon (reception: 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.)
[Afternoon] 1pm to 6pm (reception: 1pm to 2pm)
If you bring your own lunch, you may continue to use the facility between noon and 1 p.m.
Note: As of 2020, the regular operating hours have been changed to 6:00 p.m., so advance reservations for extended hours are no longer required.
Note: Direct access may not be available from the end of each grade due to events such as school guidance or pick-up training.

In the special classrooms and gymnasiums of the elementary schools they attend, they spend their time doing light sports, indoor games, learning, etc. under the watchful eye of the staff (safety managers).

free. However, prior registration and insurance (624 yen per year) are required for use.
Those who wish to participate will need to pay for the snack separately. In addition, actual costs may apply depending on the activity.
About snacks
Snacks will be provided upon prior request.
Snacks cost 110 yen per meal (including administrative fees).
The application period is from the 1st to the 20th of the previous month.

Before using
- Do not use if you have symptoms such as fever or cough.
- Be sure to bring an attendance card (with the necessary information written in the entry field and signed or stamped by a parent), indoor shoes, a handkerchief or towel for washing hands, a water bottle for hydration, and books you want to read or things you want to do as needed. Please bring the necessary tools.
- You cannot bring anything that is prohibited by the school.
Satisfaction Survey Results
We conducted a satisfaction survey among parents of children using the service in 2023.
Survey period: July 2023 Number of responses: 361 Satisfied 47.6% Generally satisfied 43.2% Slightly dissatisfied 7.8% Dissatisfied 1.4%
Over 90% of parents responded that they were generally satisfied or above.
