Obstetrics medical compensation system

The Obstetrics Medical Compensation System pays compensation to children and their families who, for some reason, have severe cerebral palsy during childbirth, and also works to analyze the cause and prevent recurrence.
This time, the obstetric medical compensation system has been reviewed, and for babies born after January 2022, the "compensation criteria" will abolish the individual examination that requires hypoxic conditions and will be replaced with "pregnancy weeks of 28 weeks or more". “To be” became the standard.
The application deadline is from the 1st birthday to the 5th birthday.
