After registration, if you need childcare for sick or convalescent children, please apply directly to the nursery room you wish to use. (In that case, please tell the nursery staff about the child's symptoms in detail.)

On the day of use, please bring the "Inagi City Sick and Convalescent Child Care Application Form" and "Medical Information Provision Form".
